Core responsibilities

The DEI Data Analytics Senior Associate will support the US DEI Data leads and team members to:

? Analyze DEI trends across the business in order to inform our US DEI strategy and execution.
? Support the build, maintenance, and updates to DEI dashboards as well as leadership reports, leveraging multiple
programs/platforms such as Alteryx, Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint, Power BI, and Workbench.
? Conduct repeatable ongoing work, planned project-based work, and regular volume of ad hoc analysis

Preferred Qualifications

? Minimum two years of experience
? Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success including:

o Performing DEI or Human Capital Management measurement and reporting, including development of reports and dashboards that provide meaningful analysis
o Strong technical skills in multiple data analysis and management programs/platforms such as Alteryx, Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint, Power BI, and Workbench.
o Data management and use of information systems to extract data
o Working collaboratively with a team to align on the design of data visualizations and then independently to build and deliver the output
o Managing expectations of multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
o Demonstrating experience and comfort working in fast paced and dynamic environments; ideal candidate will have experience working with other large scale and matrix organizations, professional services experience a plus
o Agility and ability to pivot and manage multiple priorities at once
o Ability to synthesize data/finding/trends to key stakeholders and team
