Job Description

:

• Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end software architecture for IFE systems (media servers, seat-back units, wireless streaming, connectivity).
• Establish modular, scalable designs aligned with ARINC, RTCA, and DO-178C guidelines.
• Lead system partitioning, interface definitions, and integration strategies.
• Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction to development teams on Embedded C/C++, Linux/RTOS, and middleware frameworks.
• Evaluate and select technologies (OS, protocols, frameworks) ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Review software designs, code, and test plans for compliance and performance.
• System Integration & Certification

• Drive integration of IFE with aircraft networks (ARINC 429, ARINC 664/AFDX, Ethernet).
• Ensure compliance with DO-326A (Airworthiness Security), and relevant/applicable OEM standards.
• Support system verification, validation, and formal certification audits.
