Partner with KGS Order-To-Cash / Procure-2-Pay / Record-To-Report Service Delivery teams to ensure profitable financial controls are in place for processes KGS performs.

What You Will Do

• Develop partnering relationships with KGS Service Delivery teams
• Subject matter expert on the IFC framework, policies, internal controls, and security protocols
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and security protocols, identifying risks, and implementing effective controls to mitigate them.
• Support external audits, financial planning and analysis, and continuous improvement and innovation.
• Identify and leverage best practices in risk management.
• Provide timely reporting on the results of reviews and risk assessments to key stakeholders and management.
• Continuously monitor and review risks to adapt controls as necessary, aiming to be the preferred partner.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Experience in Audit / Controls reviews
• Strong understanding of internal finance controls and risk management practices
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
