Delivery refers to the process of transporting goods or services from a provider to a customer. It involves managing logistics, ensuring timely arrival, and maintaining the condition of the items being delivered. The goal is to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction. We are looking for a specialist in supply chain and transportation functions to join our Data and AI team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing operational data and driving supply chain decision making.

What are we looking for?

o Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Operations etc. o 5+ years of experience in supply chain/ transportation operations and data analytics o Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite o Understanding of supply chain/transportation KPIs and operational processes o Flexibility to work extended hours when needed o Experience in documentation and training delivery o Background in Software & Platforms industry preferred o Analytical thinking and problem-solving o Creativity and innovation o Effective communication and stakeholder engagement o Adaptability and collaboration o Process orientation and attention to detail o Commitment to quality and continuous learning o Exposure to cloud/data infrastructure products o Experience with R/Python/Power BI o Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, Python)

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Analyze data from supply chain and transportation operations to generate actionable insights o Develop tailored reports based on stakeholder needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy o Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows o Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies across reporting systems o Create process documentation and support training for reporting tools and analytics processes o Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and present insights
