The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing operational data and driving supply chain decision making.
What are we looking for? o Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Operations etco 5+ years of experience in supply chain/ transportation operations and data analyticso Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Suiteo Understanding of supply chain/transportation KPIs and operational processeso Flexibility to work extended hours when neededo Experience in documentation and training deliveryo Background in Software & Platforms industry preferredo Exposure to cloud/data infrastructure products is a pluso Analytical thinking and problem-solvingo Creativity and innovationo Effective communication and stakeholder engagemento Adaptability and collaborationo Process orientation and attention to detailo Commitment to quality and continuous learningo Experience with R/Python/Power BI is a pluso Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, Python) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: o Analyze data from supply chain and transportation operations to generate actionable insightso Develop tailored reports based on stakeholder needs, ensuring clarity and accuracyo Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflowso Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies across reporting systemso Create process documentation and support training for reporting tools and analytics processeso Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and present insightso Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
