What would you do?
We're Accenture Marketing Operations. We're the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. Our quest is to activate the best experiences on the planet by driving value across every customer interaction to maximize marketing performance. What are we looking for?
o 8+ years of relevant experience o Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) o Experience using Meltwater & similar research tools o Experience with SQL and Python o Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint o Experience in primary and secondary research o Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills o A background in both quantitative and qualitative research o Skills in designing and analyzing quantitative studies o Ability to develop customer or competitor profiles o Structured thinking and attention to business context o Excellent verbal and written communication o Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills o Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment o Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment o Client management skills o Experience in E-commerce, CPG, Retail, Beauty industry and domain o Team handling Experience (5-10 members) o Prior experience of BI tools (e.g. Looker or Tableau or Power BI) o Prior experience using cloud data platforms (e.g. GCP, Snowflake etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Analyze shoppers, including transactional, behavioral, demographic, and panel-based insights--to understand retention trends, profile attributes, purchase journeys, and category dynamics, enabling data-driven marketing and commerce strategies o Conduct local trend spotting & competitive reviews o Provide consumer segmentation & behavioral insights using client provided data to inform strategy o Develop short-term (0-1 year) and long-term (2-3 years) trend forecasts by synthesizing consumer behavior, market dynamics, competitive activity, and cultural signals to guide strategic planning o Consolidate insights & trend identification into inputs
