Develop an organic search engine optimization strategy based on client goals and objectives, defining keywords and priority content, and ensuring web/mobile content meets marketing needs.
What are we looking for?
o SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic o SEO Analytics & Performance Tracking - Analyze SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR) and CRM data (customer interactions, conversions, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and CRM dashboards o Keyword Research & Content Optimization - Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, and content strategy development to align with search intent and improve visibility o Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to integrate SEO and CRM strategies for a unified customer acquisition and retention approach o Trend Monitoring & Compliance - Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, evolving SEO trends, GDPR/CCPA regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continued business growth and compliance o Experience in data warehousing techniques like snowflake, GCP, Databricks o SQL o Industry Experience - Beauty, CPG, Retail o Python
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Able to do keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO improvements, and performance reporting to enhance organic search visibility o Prepare actionable insights from SEO tools o In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
