Talent & HR analytics practice in Accenture BPO provides analytical services to large number of Accenture clients across industries. Its analytical solution portfolio covers entire span of employee life cycle through offerings defined as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services The team in Talent & HR analytics provides analytical solutions like o Employer value proposition o Talent demand forecast and workforce planning o High performer profiling o New hire prediction o Talent development needs segmentation o Employee engagement o Attrition analytics, etc Proficient in various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM using Python, SAS, R, LISREL etc The team is a blend of domain experts, statisticians and programmers who are engaged with clients to solve HR business problems and also develop assets through innovation.

What are we looking for?

o Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data o Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models in the Talent & HR / Marketing Analytics area o Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced - machine learning, forecasting) - 10+ years o Proficient in Python/ R and SAS o 6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement o Project management experience o Good client communications (verbal and written) o Experience of working with offshore teams o Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

o As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients o Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators o Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals and objectives o Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio o Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics o Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts o Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures o Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps
