What would you do?

o Create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation. R&D Automation Enablement Operations focuses on automating research and development processes to increase efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing automated systems for data collection, analysis, and testing. The goal is to speed up R&D activities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. Key tasks involve developing automation tools, integrating them into workflows, and maintaining these systems. Designing, building, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet specific business or user requirements. Encompasses aspects such as application architecture, coding, debugging, and integration within the .NET ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

oo Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or any computer related discipline. o Work experience of at least 1 year in relevant industries (Financial Services, Network, Utilities, Health Care, Marketing, Pharma, Retail etc.). o Work experience of at least 2 years in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing enhancements and fix solutions o Aptitude to learn, think creativity to solve real world business problems, and work in a global collaborative team environment. o Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

Roles and Responsibilities:

oo Work within the Automation team to develop innovative concepts and applications. o Participate in the development of automation solutions, from prototyping new functionality and technologies to integrating them in overall products and offerings, thus developing expertise and skills in this domain. o You should be able to pilot and deploy automation solutions at scale. o Partner with the testing team to ensure applications/components are fully functional o Oversee and fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing o Participating in analyses of requirements as well as functional design whenever necessary. o Be involved in the design of the solution o Performing design, coding, application maintenance and testing activities o Take ownership of the successful implementation of the solution o Interact with the end client as required to ensure the solution is implemented as per requirements o Deliver code to time and quality expectations o Fully unit test developed solutions.
