Act of monitoring and Analyzing Social Media activities, including opportunity analysis & initiatives definition, roadmap formulation & vendor selection, social intelligence technologies, business intelligence, and service set-up & management.
What are we looking for?
o Strong understanding of social media platforms and social analytics / ad platforms o Primary skillset should be storytelling, social insight generation and presentation with 3-5 years of experience o Experience in social listening and sentiment analysis o Ability to draw relevant insights from data and visualize them on slides o Good PowerPoint Skills o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) o Ability to understand the business context o Experience of working with onshore teams o Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills o Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment o Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment o Proficient in social listening and sentiment analysis, trend identification and translating data into actionable insights o Familiarity with platforms like Dash social, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Hootsuite preferred o Up to date on social media platforms and reporting suite (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok etc.) o GA4, Looker, SQL/Python experience good to have o Strong knowledge of digital marketing and customer analytics preferred o Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Understand audience behavior and preferences through data analysis. Benchmark performance against competitors to identify opportunities or threats o Create regular reports and dashboards to share performance trends, identify what s working, and highlight areas of concern. o Track KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions across platforms o In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems o Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture o You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments o Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others o In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
