Job responsibilities

Teaching and training

Deliver training:

Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on the four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Create curriculum:

Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and practice exercises in line with the latest IELTS exam standards and formats.

Assess student progress:

Administer regular mock tests and assessments, provide detailed and constructive feedback, and track student progress to help them achieve their desired band scores.

Provide individual guidance:

Offer one-on-one counseling and support to help students overcome weak areas and tailor teaching strategies to meet their individual learning needs.

Build a positive environment:

Create a motivational and positive learning environment to encourage student engagement and commitment.

Sales and counseling

Manage leads:

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential students (leads) to understand their educational background, target band scores, and study-abroad goals.

Perform educational counseling:

Counsel potential students on the best-fit IELTS preparation program for their needs and provide information on universities and courses abroad.

Drive enrollment:

Persuade and convert leads into paying students to achieve or exceed enrollment targets.

Build relationships:

Develop strong relationships with prospective and current students to generate referrals and secure repeat business.

Contribute to strategy:

Offer new ideas for marketing strategies and process improvements to accelerate sales and growth.

Maintain records:

Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track student interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
