We are hiring for Counselor for IELTS & PTE coaching Based @ Nikol, Ahmedabad

Looking for some senior experience person with min 2+ yrs

candidate must have good communication skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Admissions

Counsel students about

IELTS & PTE exam formats, modules, scoring system, and test requirements

. Assess students' English proficiency and recommend suitable coaching batches or study plans. Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries into enrollments. Explain course structure, duration, fees, batch timings, and payment policies clearly.
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups

Handle leads generated through

calls, website, social media, and referrals

. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure conversion. Maintain inquiry and enrollment records in CRM/Excel.
3. Batch Coordination & Student Support

Coordinate with

IELTS & PTE trainers

regarding batch schedules and student performance. Assist students with

test booking procedures

and exam guidelines. Handle student queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate student records including registration forms, fee receipts, and attendance. Prepare daily/weekly counseling and admission reports. Coordinate with accounts team for fee collection and receipts.
5. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by management. Promote coaching offers, demo sessions, and referral programs. Upsell additional services such as visa counseling, mock tests, or premium coaching packages.
6. Marketing & Promotion Support

Support marketing activities such as

seminars, workshops, demo classes, and events

. Assist in promoting IELTS & PTE coaching through social media and local campaigns.
7. Compliance & Professional Conduct

Follow company policies, ethical counseling practices, and compliance standards. Maintain confidentiality of student information. Represent Sky Heaven Immigration with professionalism and positive attitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (preferred). Minimum

1-2 years experience

in IELTS/PTE counseling or education consultancy. Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of

IELTS & PTE exam patterns

is mandatory. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
