  • Trainers will need to create skills-based lesson plans which are student-centred.
  • Trainers need to deliver engaging, communicative, skills-enhancement lessons.
  • Trainers need to teach both offline and online (Zoom) sessions.
  • Trainers will need to conduct assessments, give feedback and maintain students\'progress reports.
Eligibility: CELTA with minimum 2 years of current teaching experience in IELTS or OET. IDP or British Council IELTS \'Train The Trainer\' certificate. OET knowledge badge certification preferable Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. 2. Demonstrated expertise in IELTS and OET preparation with a proven track record of student success. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Teaching certification (CELTA) preferred. Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt to varied learning styles. Requirements: 1. Prior experience in teaching IELTS and/or OET preparation courses. 2. Ability to create and maintain a motivating and inclusive learning atmosphere. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate varied student schedules.
