Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver

IELTS Academic and General Training

lessons (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). Conduct

mock tests

, provide detailed feedback, and track students' progress. Develop customized learning plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses. Teach test-taking strategies, time management, and exam techniques. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Maintain teaching records, attendance, and progress reports. Create or adapt teaching materials, worksheets, and practice tests. Support students in building confidence and achieving target band scores. Stay updated on IELTS test format changes and best teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred). TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (an advantage). Proven experience teaching IELTS or English language learners. Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide students of different proficiency levels. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.) if applicable.

Experience preparing students for band 7.0+ Ability to design and adapt curriculum materials Strong grammar and writing correction skills Patience, creativity, and a student-focused mindset
