Job Description

Bright Learning Centre is a well-established training provider in the UK. We are presently seeking to recruit a Full-time or Part time Tutors to teach and assess variety of English courses delivered by the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments with learners online to identify their level and agree on suitable learning plans. Deliver accredited and non-accredited online courses (IELTS, ESOL, PTE, etc.) using our teaching resources. Plan and deliver engaging online lessons following the centre's curriculum and guidelines. Assess learner work, record progress, set targets, and identify support needs. Maintain accurate daily progress reports and update managers on each learner's learning journey. Support learners with progression routes into further learning or exams. Produce high-quality online learning resources when required. Work as part of a remote team and support daily academic operations. Apply ESOL teaching strategies to support learners of mixed abilities. Engage online learners using various digital tools and teaching methods. Handle remote admin duties such as online enrolments, maintaining digital records, and following up enquiries.
