Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

IELTS Trainer

to prepare students for the IELTS examination by delivering high-quality training in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The ideal candidate should have strong English proficiency, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective IELTS training sessions (Academic and/or General). Teach strategies and techniques for all four IELTS modules. Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and regular assessments. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises. Monitor student progress and maintain performance records. Guide students on exam format, scoring criteria, and test-day strategies. Support students with personalized coaching, especially for Writing and Speaking. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred). IELTS score of

Band 7.5 or above

(with no band less than 7.0 preferred). Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently. Familiarity with the latest IELTS exam patterns and evaluation criteria. Basic computer skills and ability to use online teaching tools (for online classes).
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience as an IELTS/English language trainer. Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (an advantage). Experience teaching diverse student groups. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
