About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

IELTS Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, guiding students through all IELTS modules, and ensuring strong learning outcomes through structured coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS training sessions (online & offline). Train students in

Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

modules. Evaluate student performance and provide detailed, constructive feedback. Conduct regular

mock tests

, assess submissions, and analyze performance trends. Ensure structured class delivery, discipline, and a positive learning environment. Maintain student progress reports and learning plans. Participate in

faculty meetings, academic planning, and workshops

for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

English, Education, Linguistics

, or a relevant field.

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification

is a plus. Minimum

4+ years of experience

in IELTS or English language training. Strong command over English language and IELTS exam patterns. Ability to conduct both

individual and group sessions

effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
