Job Description
- Providing effective teachings of different modules.
- Conducting module workshops and grammar sessions as per students\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
- Maintaining attendance register and mock test records.
- Setting mock paper as per faculty turn.
- Assessment of Writing of respective batch.
- Conducting frequent Speaking sessions of one\xe2\x80\x99s batch.
- Organizing easy learning through inducement of different activities and methods.
- Catering extra to exam students to ensure good performance.
- Guiding students properly regarding their performance and assigning them tasks accordingly.
- Giving demo to new inquiries.
- Timely resolution of doubts of students.
- Creating a positive learning environment for students in the classroom .
- Coordinating with other faculties for new materials and updates.
- Maintain students scores (exam scores) and reporting to Head faculty with the same.
- Catering to each student effectively to ensure their score expectation and planning a road map for them.
- Guiding exam givers to counselors for college application purpose.
- Submitting scores of exam students to Marketing team/ Assistant Branch Manager.
