Job Description

IELTS Trainer: Responsibilities:

• Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students.

• Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.

• Coach on all the modules of IELTS- Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.

• Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.

• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.

• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.

• Attend walk-ins\xe2\x80\x99 queries for IELTS.

• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Assist students with coursework through individualized instruction/classes, computer assisted instruction and self-study courses.

• Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessment.

• Ensure basic training decorum and discipline is maintained during the program.

• Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.

• Helping students with their modules and guiding them to achieve their desired score.

• Understanding different needs of candidates and helping them in an appropriate way.

Qualifications

• Proficient and fluent in English. Should have Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

• Should know the IELTS system well and its exams.

• Good Presentation and Teaching Skills.

• An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IELTS Teaching is recommended.

• Certifications IELTS and experience teaching general English would be a plus

• Should have a strong interest in teaching the students and be highly motivated to ensure the students achieve high scores.

• Result oriented, with an ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Enthusiasm to learn new concepts/practices.

• Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class.

• Presentable and equipped with student handling skills.

• Self-motivated and independent at work.

Offer Details

• Experience: 0-2Years

• Location: Varachha

• Time: 8:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. / 9:00A.M. to 7:00P.M.

Salary Range:

• 27,000 to 30,000 P/M
