Job Title:

IELTS Trainer / IELTS Instructor

An

IELTS Trainer

is responsible for preparing students for the

International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

exam by improving their English language proficiency in four modules:

Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Classes:

Teach IELTS modules (Academic & General Training) to students. Provide structured lessons for all four skills (LRWS).

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct mock tests and regular assessments. Provide individual feedback and performance reports.

Lesson Planning:

Prepare lesson plans and teaching material. Use a variety of teaching tools and techniques to make classes interactive.

Student Counseling:

Guide students on exam strategies and time management. Clarify doubts and provide tips for scoring higher bands.

Maintain Records:

Track student progress and attendance. Prepare and submit progress reports.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with changes in IELTS exam patterns. Attend training or workshops when required.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in English or related field (preferred). TEFL/TESOL/IELTS certification (advantageous). Prior experience in IELTS coaching/training.

Key Skills:

Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Deep understanding of IELTS exam format and scoring. Strong presentation and classroom management skills. Patience and motivational approach toward students. Time management and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, digital tools, online teaching platforms).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
