Key Responsibilities
Conduct IELTS classes for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
Prepare lesson plans and customized study material for students.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct mock tests, evaluate results, and suggest improvement strategies.
Maintain discipline, class records, and student progress reports.
Guide students with exam techniques, tips, and time-management strategies.
Ensure high training standards to help students achieve desired bands.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
as an IELTS Trainer (mandatory).
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of IELTS format, band descriptors, and scoring.
Ability to teach all four modules confidently.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
Familiarity with online and offline teaching methods.
Passion for teaching and student success.
Qualification (Preferred)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Education, or related field.
Candidates with 7.0+ Band in IELTS preferred (optional to include).
