IELTS Trainer

to join our growing academic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training for IELTS (Academic & General) covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Design and implement effective lesson plans, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with the latest IELTS exam patterns. Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help improve band scores. Conduct speaking mock interviews and writing assessments with detailed corrections and guidance. Motivate and mentor students, helping them build confidence and exam strategies. Maintain accurate student attendance, performance records, and progress reports. Coordinate with counselors to align student goals with study abroad requirements. Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, test formats, and scoring criteria.

Requirements:

Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure and band descriptors. Comfortable using computers, online teaching tools, MS Word, email, and basic digital platforms. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Prior experience as an IELTS/PTE/English language trainer . Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); IELTS certification is an added advantage.
