IELTS & Spoken English Trainer Organization

Amore Learning School (Online Learning Platform)

We are seeking a

passionate and experienced IELTS & Spoken English Trainer

who can effectively train students in all four IELTS modules (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) and improve their overall communication and speaking confidence. The candidate should be

fluent in English and Hindi

, and able to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner to students from different learning backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

online IELTS training sessions

(Academic & General Training). Teach

Spoken English

from Basic to Advanced levels. Train students for

IELTS exam techniques

, time management strategies, and scoring improvement. Conduct

mock tests, speaking practice, and writing evaluation

with personalized feedback. Monitor student progress and

maintain learning records

. Prepare or use structured lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials. Communicate effectively with students and maintain

professional behavior

. Encourage students and help them build

confidence in speaking

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Equivalent qualification (Preferred: English / Education).

Experience in IELTS training

(Online or Offline). Strong command over

English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

. Ability to explain in

Hindi + English (Bilingual instruction)

. Good presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with

British Council / IDP band descriptors

is an added advantage.

Remuneration

Hourly Pay:

?200 - ?300 per hour (based on experience & performance) Additional

incentives
