Hiring for IELTS faculty for Sky Heaven immigration (Nikol)

Looking for some senior experience person for same for morning batch 7am to 12pm,

Roles & Responsibilities1. Training & Academic Delivery

Conduct

IELTS (Academic & General) and PTE

coaching sessions as per the scheduled batches. Deliver

concept-based training

for all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Ensure

quality teaching standards

aligned with British Council, IDP, Pearson (PTE) guidelines. Prepare

lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and assignments

. Conduct

regular mock tests

and evaluate student performance accurately.
2. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

Analyze students'

skill gaps

and provide personalized improvement plans. Maintain

student performance records

, attendance, and feedback reports. Provide

one-on-one doubt-solving sessions

and extra support when required. Guide students on

band score improvement strategies

.
3. Counseling & Student Guidance

Assist counselors in

course explanation

and demo sessions when required. Motivate students to achieve their

target band scores

. Guide students on

exam strategies, time management, and exam-day tips

. Maintain a

positive and supportive classroom environment

.
4. Content Development & Updates

Update training material according to

latest IELTS & PTE exam patterns

. Develop

speaking topics, writing samples, vocabulary lists, and grammar exercises

. Stay updated with

exam changes, scoring criteria, and new formats

.
5. Batch & Classroom Management

Ensure

discipline, punctuality, and professionalism

in classrooms. Manage batch schedules and inform management of any changes. Ensure

effective use of lab facilities and study resources

.
6. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

branch manager, counselors, and admin staff

. Submit

weekly/monthly training reports

. Provide feedback to management regarding

student satisfaction and training improvements

.
7. Compliance & Company Policies

Follow company

HR policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality norms

. Maintain ethical teaching practices and professional behavior. Protect company study material and student data.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Certification/strong command in

IELTS & PTE training

. Excellent

English communication and presentation skills

. Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively. Student-friendly approach with motivational skills. Experience in

visa consultancy or coaching institute

preferred.
