Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result oriented
IELTS Trainer
to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate should have strong English language proficiency and the ability to train students for all four IELTS modules, Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality IELTS training sessions (Academic & General).
Prepare students for all four IELTS modules with effective strategies and techniques.
Conduct mock tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
Track student progress and maintain performance records.
Provide personalized guidance to improve student scores.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and guidelines.
Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (preferred).
Certified IELTS Trainer or valid IELTS score (Band 7.5 or above preferred).
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
Familiarity with online/offline teaching tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in teaching IELTS or other English proficiency exams.
Experience in handling group and individual sessions.
Counseling skills for guiding students on exam strategies.
