Job Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality IELTS training sessions for Academic and General modules Teach all four language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking Explain the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and band descriptors clearly Conduct regular practice tests and mock exams under exam conditions Evaluate student performance and provide detailed, constructive feedback Develop customized lesson plans based on students' proficiency levels and target band scores Train students in effective exam strategies, time management, and question analysis Provide one-to-one coaching as well as group instruction Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and assessment records Identify common student errors and guide them toward band score improvement Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and teaching materials Motivate students and create a positive, learner-centered classroom environment
