Job Description

Achyuta Public School is seeking passionate, well-spoken, and highly skilled Kindergarten Teachers who have completed IELTS and possess a native or near-native English accent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling early-years learners and a strong commitment to nurturing young children in a joyful, engaging, and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and facilitate learning for children aged 4-6 using interactive and child-centered methods. Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development. Develop lesson plans that are age-appropriate, activity-based, and aligned with school standards. Introduce children to foundational literacy, numeracy, phonics, and communication skills using effective strategies. Communicate clearly and effectively with children using an English native accent to strengthen language acquisition. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and report to parents regularly. Manage classroom behavior effectively with positive reinforcement techniques. Coordinate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leaders to ensure the overall development of students. Participate in school events, parent meetings, and teacher training programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field. IELTS certification with strong speaking skills (native or near-native accent). 3-5 years of proven experience teaching Kindergarten or early primary grades. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom-management skills. Ability to handle young children with patience, care, and enthusiasm. Willingness to relocate to the school location.

Immediate joiners will be given priority. Experience working in multicultural or international school settings. Creativity in planning activities, storytelling, and interactive learning sessions.
