'Future Ready Tutoring' is hiring for staff members for newly opened coaching centre in Ludhiana. We are dedicated to provide greater value to our students and in order to fulfil this commitment we have prepared a certain criteria.
This role is dedicated to hire a department head for our Ielts department. This is

not a support role

. It is an

ownership role

.

You will be fully responsible for

curriculum, teaching quality, faculty performance, and student band outcomes

.

Key Responsibilities

1. Department Ownership

Lead the entire IELTS department (Academic + General Training). Set academic standards and teaching benchmarks. Take final decisions on curriculum, assessment, and delivery. Build systems that scale (processes, reviews, documentation).
2. Curriculum & Program Design

Design level-wise IELTS curriculum (Beginner ? Advanced). Create structured modules for: Listening Reading Writing (Task 1 & Task 2) Speaking Develop: Lesson plans Practice schedules Mock test frameworks Keep curriculum aligned with

latest IELTS exam patterns

3. Teaching & Academic Delivery

Teach IELTS classes (online/offline). Personally handle: Advanced batches Writing corrections Speaking mock interviews Provide clear, band-based feedback. Train students on: Band descriptors Examiner expectations Test-day strategy
4. Student Performance & Results

Conduct diagnostic and mock tests. Track student progress regularly. Identify weak areas and apply corrective plans. Be accountable for: Band score improvement Result consistency Student satisfaction
5. Faculty Management

Hire and onboard IELTS instructors. Train teachers on: Teaching methodology Evaluation standards Feedback quality Review faculty performance. Maintain teaching consistency across batches.
6. Strategy & Growth

Design new IELTS offerings: Crash courses Fast-track programs Skill-specific bootcamps Introduce tools and systems for: Practice tracking Performance analytics Support management with academic inputs for growth.
Required QualificationsMust-Have

IELTS overall

Band 8.0+

Minimum

3 years IELTS teaching experience

Strong expertise in

Writing & Speaking evaluation

Excellent English communication skills Experience working with structured curricula
Preferred

Prior role as: IELTS Head / Coordinator Senior IELTS Trainer Experience mentoring other teachers Knowledge of British Council / IDP standards Experience teaching both Academic & GT modules
