Conduct high-quality training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General) and Spoken English.
Design, plan, and deliver lessons that improve students' Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
Prepare customized study plans, practice tests, and mock exams to track students' progress.
Provide individual feedback and strategies to help students achieve desired band scores.
Train students in English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency for effective communication.
Maintain updated knowledge of IELTS exam patterns, marking criteria, and test formats.
Motivate and mentor students to build confidence in English speaking and test-taking skills.
Keep performance records and report students' progress to the management.
Contribute to curriculum development, study material creation, and classroom activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
Prior experience in IELTS training and Spoken English coaching (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong command over English language (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, scoring, and test-taking strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups as well as provide one-on-one coaching.
Certification in IELTS/PTE.
