Job Title: IELTS & PTE Trainer

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Arts, or any related field (preferred).

Gender Preference: Female

Location: Thane
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct IELTS (Academic/General) and PTE training sessions for students.

2. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and personalized learning plans.

3.Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback for improvement.

4.Train students across all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

5. Conduct demo sessions and assist in student counseling when required.

6.Stay updated with the latest exam formats, scoring criteria, and syllabus changes.

7. Maintain student progress reports, attendance, and training documentation.

8.Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and drive consistently strong exam results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Education, or related field (preferred).

2. 1-3 years of prior experience in teaching IELTS and/or PTE.

3. Excellent command over spoken and written English.

4. Strong understanding of IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring patterns, and training techniques.

5. Ability to create engaging training material and mock tests.

6. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

7. Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
