Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IELTS/PTE Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for IELTS and PTE exams by developing their language proficiency, test-taking strategies, and confidence. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent teaching skills, and familiarity with the exam formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS and PTE training sessions for students of varying proficiency levels. Develop customized lesson plans and study materials. Teach test-taking strategies to help students maximize their scores. Evaluate students' progress through mock tests and provide constructive feedback. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions as needed. Keep up to date with IELTS and PTE exam patterns and changes. Motivate and guide students to improve their English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Maintain records of students' performance and provide reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred). Prior experience as an IELTS/PTE trainer or English language instructor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats and scoring criteria. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
