Job Title: IELTS/PTE Language Trainer

:

As an IELTS/PTE Trainer at Amin Migration's new study center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS/PTE preparation courses to students aiming to achieve their desired band scores for migration or study purposes. You will work closely with students to assess their English proficiency levels, design customized study plans, and deliver effective training sessions to help them succeed in the IELTS examination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' English language proficiency levels.

2. Design personalized study plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.

3. Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS/PTE preparation classes, covering all sections of the exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills and exam performance.

5. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance learning outcomes.

6. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

7. Keep abreast of the latest developments in IELTS/PTE testing and teaching methodologies.

8. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.

9. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

10. Assist in organizing mock tests and practice sessions to simulate exam conditions and boost students' confidence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.

2. CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification preferred.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS/PTE preparation courses to diverse student populations.

4. In-depth knowledge of the IELTS/PTE examination format, scoring criteria, and proficiency levels.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

8. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

9. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools is a plus.

10. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate students' schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
