JOB DESCRIPTION Requirement Analyst/Local Product Owner to gather, analyze, research and develop requirements for development Engineering Products/Tools etc. Technical Knowledge and Skills Required . DCS / Controls System integration Projects Domain Experience - at least 5 years . Experience on Minimum 5 different projects . Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Soft Skills Required . Problems Solving . Manage Ambiguity / Decision Making . Excellent verbal and written Communications Skills . Resourcefulness & Action Oriented Approach . Collaborative Approach . Having good analytical skills to understand the business/user requirements Job Profile . Work with Product Owner to gather and prioritise Requirements . Work with leadership team to Prioritise Strategic requirements . Analyze and research requirements to think through the design needs and break down Epics into user stories . Work with Scrum Teams to explain user stories and solve any issues during implementation of user stories . Collaborate with UI/UX designer to come up with user centric application designs Present software application features to the project organization and user forums
