Key Responsibilities:
Lead and head the
Industrial Engineering function across 3 manufacturing units
, ensuring alignment and standardization of IE practices.
Strategize and implement
production efficiency initiatives
to optimize productivity, manpower, and machine utilization.
Oversee
time & motion studies, line balancing, SMV development, and capacity studies
for woven garment production.
Direct and monitor
layout planning, workflow optimization, and operator performance improvement
across units.
Guide and mentor
unit IE Managers and executives
, building a strong technical and leadership-driven IE team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising) to meet
delivery, cost, and quality goals
.
Drive
lean manufacturing, cost reduction, process automation, and continuous improvement projects
.
Establish and monitor
KPIs, MIS reporting systems, and benchmarking standards
across all units.
Provide strategic input on
capacity expansion, resource planning, and long-term operational improvements
.
