Responsibilities-

1.

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines for software and AI-related projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure timely delivery. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Generative AI Expertise:

Guide teams in leveraging GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion) to develop innovative software applications. Understand the technical nuances of integrating generative AI into products and provide strategic direction. Collaborate with AI experts to evaluate tools, frameworks, and technologies that enhance project outcomes.

Product Management Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics. Ensure that the technical execution aligns with product vision and market demands. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable deliverables and user-friendly features.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress and performance using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and dependencies. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.

Collaborate with QA teams to implement robust testing strategies for AI-driven applications

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Delivery Project Manager or Product Management role in software development environments.

Proven track record of managing projects involving Generative AI technologies.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and AI/ML workflows.

Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Product Management Expertise:

Experience collaborating with product teams to define features, user stories, and roadmaps. Ability to balance technical constraints with user-centric design and market demands.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
