The core responsibilities of this role includes:

? Overseeing and assessing identity and access management maturity and capabilities /

performing gap assessments against industry good practices;

? Overseeing and leading delivery of identity and access management, privileged access

management, customer identity management implementation engagements

? Overseeing the IAM team based out of KSDC India, acting to resolve issues which prevent

effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.

? Coaching others and encouraging them to take ownership of their development, being

responsible for their career development

? Overseeing and leading vendor interactions, proposition development, accelerator development

etc

? Analysing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations.

? Executing benchmarks using tools and reporting outcomes against industry standards;

? Supporting and leading propositions and our go to market plans, and owning your Subject Matter

Expertise on behalf of the firm, our clients and the industry;

? Overseeing preparation of materials (reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) to help enable

informed decision making;

? Overseeing the development, review, ongoing maintenance and development of IAM, PAM,

CIAM integrations, build, policies, standards, processes, procedures and requirements; and

? Facilitation of meetings, walkthroughs to document understanding of current processes.

The Right Candidate:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in:

? Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses

? Identity governance administration and access management

? Privileged Access Management

? Customer Identity and access Management

? LDAP, Identity and Access technology concepts and understanding of software development

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in one or more of the following areas:

? Utilizing and applying knowledge of the Identity Management suite of products (SailPoint,

ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, CA) and of their design and implementation into

projects

? Utilizing foundational computer science skills such as Java, Python, OOP concepts, Computer

Networking, SDLC, operating systems fundamentals (Windows, Unix, Linux)

? Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data

? Leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing Google

Docs and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

? Identifying and addressing client needs: building relationships with clients; developing an

awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable

manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and

completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor

? Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by

building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and

feedback

? Communicating in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats

including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts

? Independently managing and prioritising workload;

? Creating a positive working environment by monitoring and managing workloads of the team -

balancing client expectations with the work-life quality of team members;

? Keeping leadership and engagement management informed of progress and issues; and

? Ability to adapt to and communicate with different working styles.

What You Can Expect:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management, including the following:

? Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses; and,

? Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects, business development, and communications with executives.
