Job description \xc2\xb7 To perform product costing, pricing , budgeting , variance analysis , raw material costing, cost benefit analysis \xc2\xb7 To reconcile data for decision making purpose in the plant, in consultation with the Corporate & Plant Finance team as & when required \xc2\xb7 To understand the business processes and accordingly do the costing for the Lab ware and the consumer ware products based on the analysis of the resource involved \xc2\xb7 To ensure timely coordination and analysis of financial information including monthly financial results, budgeting \xc2\xb7 To monitor budget v/s actual costs for the plant and report variance through MIS and discuss with the Production team for the same to minimize the variance \xc2\xb7 To perform valuation of inventory based on accounting standards issued by the \xe2\x80\x9cThe Institute of Cost Accountants of India \xc2\xb7 To verifying & pass the bills for raw material, packing material, stores, Job Work , capital purchase by verifying the GRN, Quality Reports, Vendor Quotations and other related data \xc2\xb7 Finalization & Reconciliation of Vendors Accounts \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of all GL and Fixed Asset register \xc2\xb7 Participate for price/ contract negotiation together with purchasing team with vendors \xc2\xb7 To ensure adherence to the costing guidelines for any costing decisions taken at the Plant level during contract / Rate negotiations \xc2\xb7 To maintain costing and budgeting reports for the Plant \xc2\xb7 To ensure the high level accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports \xc2\xb7 Full fill the Cost compliance as per the Legal requirement by the Company Act \xc2\xb7 Daily Costing Discussion with the HODs. (Power / Manpower / Consumable) \xc2\xb7 Daily scrap and RM Claim debit note preparation \xc2\xb7 Revision of Cost when rate increases of Consumables / packing / Tool etc. prices and submitting to sales \xc2\xb7 New Ideas for Cost Saving / Improvements \xc2\xb7 Discussion with Management and HOD\xe2\x80\x99s \xc2\xb7 Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Management team \xc2\xb7 Consolidating and updating budget and validation of Budget and Variance analysis \xc2\xb7 Other activities assigned by Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:
