Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate

Coordinate communication between

Ensure that patient charts, files, and records are properly organized and updated.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to visitors as needed.
Assist with the
admission and discharge

Monitor and manage
patient billing
and insurance documentation.
Handle
confidential patient information
in compliance with hospital privacy policies (HIPAA).
Order and manage office supplies for the ICU department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
or equivalent required.
Associate's degree

medical secretary certification
is a plus.
Previous experience as a
medical secretary
