HOSTEL FACILITY AVAILABLE

Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice. Monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, ventilator settings, and other critical parameters. Administer medications, IV infusions, and life-saving interventions in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Operate and troubleshoot advanced medical equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, dialysis machines, etc.). Recognize and respond rapidly to life-threatening changes in patients' conditions (e.g., cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, sepsis). Assist in advanced procedures (intubation, central line insertion, chest tube management, etc.). Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding critical care and recovery. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital quality standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training.
