Job Description

Clinical & Critical Care Management

Monitor critically ill patients admitted in ICU on a continuous basis. Perform detailed clinical assessments and interpret vital parameters. Initiate and modify treatment under guidance of intensivists. Manage ventilated and non-ventilated patients. Respond promptly to code blue and medical emergencies.

2. Procedures & Interventions

Assist or perform procedures such as: Intubation (under supervision) Central line / arterial line assistance ABG sampling Endotracheal suctioning Manage ventilator settings as per protocol.

3. Monitoring & Documentation

Maintain accurate ICU records, progress notes, and treatment charts. Update ventilator charts, drug infusion records, and observation sheets. Prepare ICU transfer and discharge summaries.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, nursing staff, and technicians. Communicate patient condition and prognosis to relatives as directed. Ensure smooth handover during shift changes.

5. Medication & Patient Safety

Prescribe and administer medications as per ICU protocols. Monitor for adverse drug reactions and clinical deterioration. Follow infection control, antibiotic stewardship, and safety protocols.

6. Emergency & On-Call Duties

Provide 24/7 coverage through rotational shifts. Handle ICU emergencies independently until senior support arrives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
