ICU & Ward Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

MPCT Hospital, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients in ICU and general wards Monitor patients' clinical condition and record progress notes regularly Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations Manage medical emergencies and initiate timely treatment as per protocols Coordinate with nursing staff and paramedical teams for patient care Ensure proper documentation of case papers, consent forms, and discharge summaries Communicate patient condition and treatment plans to relatives when required Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies strictly Liaise with other departments (Lab, Radiology, OT) for investigations and procedures Attend code blue and other emergency calls as per duty roster
