Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU RMO to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing ICU and emergency patients, monitoring critical cases, and assisting consultants in patient management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide round-the-clock medical care and supervision to ICU patients. Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and update medical charts regularly. Handle medical and surgical emergencies promptly and efficiently. Assist consultants and intensivists during procedures and rounds. Manage ventilators, infusions, and other ICU equipment. Ensure timely documentation and accurate patient records. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, consultants, and patient relatives. Participate in daily handovers and maintain continuity of care. Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital protocols. Support emergency codes (Code Blue, Code Red, etc.) as per hospital policy. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ICU / Emergency / Critical Care. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical judgment and emergency handling ability. Experience in ventilator management, intubation, and central line procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
