Monitoring ICU patients round-the-clock. Assisting with intubation, ventilator management, central lines, etc. Managing emergencies and communicating with consultants. Writing daily progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries. Coordinating with ICU nurses and other departments. Ensuring documentation and compliance with protocols.
