Monitor vital signs and patient status continuously
Administer medications, IVs, blood products, and life-support therapies
Operate and manage equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
Assess patients and respond quickly to emergencies
Perform detailed documentation of patient care
Support and educate patients' families during critical situations
Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other ICU staff
