Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor vital signs and operate ICU equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, etc.).
Administer medication and IV fluids as per doctor's instructions.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM qualification with valid nursing registration.
Prior experience in ICU or critical care preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
