Job Description

Patient Care Management:

Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care to critically ill patients, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing and support staff to ensure adequate coverage and high standards of care.

Resource Allocation:

Manage equipment, supplies, and medications, ensuring their availability and optimizing their utilization.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and best practices for critical care.

Communication:

Foster effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other departments.

Emergency Response:

Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and provide direct patient care when needed.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on ICU performance and patient outcomes to hospital administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
