ICU Incharge Nurse.

Duties and Responsibilities

Leading and supervising the ICU nursing staff.*
Ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.*
Managing the daily operations of the ICU and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.*
Mentoring and training junior staff members.*
Overseeing the implementation of hospital policies and protocols in the ICU.*
Duty Rota of staff*
Coordination with consultants*
Lead as an Infection Control Nurse*
Follow NABH standards*

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification:- GNM / BSc Nursing

Experience:- 5+ Years ICU experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
