Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Technical Product Manager- MES, Manufacturing IT Solutions. You will lead the Product Lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan. You will collect and maintain requirements. Other parts of your role; will be safeguarding and governing the product Total Cost of Ownership, (TCO) solution design, integrations and architecture in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks.

You will Need below skills & knowledge:

MES development, configuration, implementation- Apriso, Camstar, .Net, SQL Server/Oracle DB, GDPR/PIA

Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
Knowledge:
-ISA 95 standards, Architecture layers, and automation systems.
-Understanding of different capabilities in the manufacturing area.
-Understanding of IOT and any previous implementation is an advantage.
-TCO, Security, Cost management
-Functional requirements
Knowledge
-Architecture guidance, design
-Databases- SQL, Oracle
-Integration understanding
-MES custom development- .Net, Apriso, CAMSTAR, Microsoft Service Bus, IT Infrastructure knowledge
-Non Functional requirements- performance metrics
-Automation in testing, Performance testing, Performance center, ALM/Octane
Also:
Define product strategy, roadmap and optimize product TCO
Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development
Administer functional and non-functional requirements
Safeguard the product design, integrations and architecture
Document and maintain product information

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: A university degree (BTech, MTech or MSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or equivalent.
Minimum years of experience - 10yrs

IT processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge
Negotiation and argumentation Skills
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills

Experience in handling Stakeholders like Vendor partners, Business and IT
Experience and understanding of Agile framework
Flexible, positive, and a self-starter with ongoing hardworking interest to learn new skills
Consultative and Project Management Skills
Good Communication Skills and Excellent Teammate
