Conducts electrical testing of assembled PCBs via ICT fixtures and equipment to ensure circuit integrity and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up ICT fixtures and load programs for each product.
Perform electrical tests: shorts, opens, component values, functional checks.
Troubleshoot basic ICT failures and retest boards after corrections.
Perform probe cleaning and maintain fixture health.
Log test results and maintain failure reports.
Coordinate with debugging/repair teams for failed units.
Ensure ESD safety during testing.
Skills & Requirements:
Understanding of basic electronics (resistors, capacitors, ICs).
Ability to read test logs and interpret failure codes.
Familiarity with test equipment (Agilent, Keysight, Teradyne, SPEA, Hioki, etc.).
Experience- 4-6 Years from Electronic Manufacturing Industry Only
