Plan, install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including servers, network infrastructure
. o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
Ensure system and data security by applying best practices in cybersecurity, backups, and access control.
Provide technical support to internal users across all departments, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Manage ICT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage ICT purchases, licensing, and support contracts. o Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions for process
